By participating in any RW GroomX event or program, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place on the premises. Your entry and presence at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and otherwise recorded, and to the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such media in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, use of your image, voice, and name in connection with RW GroomX, Groom Team USA, and their initiatives, such as websites, social media, news coverage, promotional materials, and advertising.

By entering the event, you waive any right to inspect or approve the final media in which your likeness appears, as well as any claims you may have related to the use of such recordings. This includes, without limitation, claims of invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights, defamation, or copyright infringement, and any entitlement to compensation for the use of recorded media.

All photography, filming, and recording are conducted in reliance on your consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please refrain from entering the event premises.

If selected to participate in RW GroomX, I acknowledge the importance of actively promoting both my involvement in the event and the broader value of the conference to the grooming industry. It is in the mutual interest of RW GroomX and myself to ensure consistent, early, and widespread publicity.

Accordingly, I agree to create and distribute promotional content through available channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, other social media platforms, bulk emails, text messages, podcast announcements, and any additional means at my disposal.

Beginning upon acceptance of a personal appearance agreement and continuing until the start of the conference, I will post and tag RW GroomX in social media announcements and related content at least twice a week. These promotions will highlight both the event itself and my educational sessions, thereby enhancing visibility for RW GroomX.  If additional content, pictures, or graphics are needed, I will contact RWGroomX to attain those needed digital items.

RWGroomX pays $200/hour for those who follow the social media requirements, and $150/hour for those who do not. 

Speaker agrees to present themselves and the Event in a professional and appropriate manner across all public platforms. Any marketing materials, video clips, or social media posts created by or on behalf of Speaker that mention RWGroomX, its logo, or its schedule must adhere to professional decorum and feature appropriate, non-explicit attire. RWGroomX reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel Speaker's sessions immediately, without compensation, if Speaker engages in marketing or public conduct that discredits, disparages, or negatively impacts the professional reputation of RWGroomX.
